Welcome to UploadTransfers.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UploadTransfers.com, our products, custom printing services, design tools, customer accounts, SMS communications, email communications, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting artwork, placing an order, opting into communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Upload Transfers

UploadTransfers.com (“Upload Transfers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom printing, transfers, stickers, apparel-decoration products, printing supplies, equipment, design tools, and related services.

2. Acceptance of Orders

Submitting an order through UploadTransfers.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products or services.

An order is not necessarily considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has entered our production or fulfillment process.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or place an order on hold when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or website errors, prohibited or potentially infringing artwork, missing or unusable files, production limitations, inventory shortages, abusive or fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, any amount owed to the customer will be handled according to the applicable refund policy.

3. Custom-Made Products

Many products sold through Upload Transfers are custom manufactured specifically according to the artwork, dimensions, quantities, colors, materials, and other options selected by the customer.

Because these products are customized, orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted.

Once production has begun, changes, cancellations, refunds, or replacement artwork may not be possible.

Customers should carefully verify all order details before completing checkout.

4. Customer Artwork

You are responsible for all artwork, designs, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, graphics, and other material that you upload, submit, create, or instruct us to reproduce.

By submitting artwork to Upload Transfers, you represent and warrant that you own the artwork or have received sufficient authorization or licensing to reproduce it, that our production of the artwork will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, and that the artwork does not violate applicable law.

Upload Transfers does not independently verify ownership of every design submitted by customers.

We reserve the right to reject artwork that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

5. Copyrights, Trademarks & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material.

The ability to upload or process a file through our website does not mean Upload Transfers has approved the customer’s legal right to reproduce that material.

You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from artwork you instruct us to produce when you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.

6. Artwork Quality & File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of submitted artwork.

Vector artwork is generally preferred. Raster artwork should be supplied at sufficient resolution for the intended print size.

Low-resolution, pixelated, blurry, compressed, improperly prepared, transparent, partially transparent, incorrectly sized, or otherwise defective artwork may result in reduced print quality.

If a customer chooses to proceed with artwork after being notified of a potential issue, the customer accepts the risks associated with printing that file.

Upload Transfers is not responsible for quality problems that are directly caused by defects contained in customer-supplied artwork.

7. Artwork Previews & Digital Representations

Any preview, mockup, size guide, 3D representation, gang-sheet preview, sticker preview, color preview, pre-print report, or similar digital representation provided on our website is intended as a production aid.

Screens and devices display colors differently.

Actual printed products may vary slightly from an on-screen representation due to monitor calibration, RGB-to-print color conversion, material characteristics, ink characteristics, printer profiles, lighting, heat application, substrate color, manufacturing tolerances, finishing processes, and other production factors.

A digital preview should not be considered a guarantee that every printed color will exactly match the customer’s screen.

8. Customer Approval & “Leave As Is”

When Upload Transfers identifies a potential artwork or production issue, we may contact the customer and request instructions.

If the customer instructs us to “leave as is,” “print as is,” “proceed,” “looks good,” “approved,” or provides another substantially similar instruction, we may proceed with the current artwork.

The customer assumes responsibility for the specific issue that was disclosed or reasonably visible before approval.

Upload Transfers will rely only on instructions received from the customer or an authorized representative of the customer.

Internal questions, comments, messages, or discussions made by Upload Transfers employees are not customer approvals and should not be treated as customer authorization to print artwork as-is.

9. Replacement or Resent Artwork

When a customer submits replacement artwork for an existing order, the replacement file may be used only if it is received before the applicable portion of the order has entered production.

Submitting a replacement file does not automatically guarantee that production can be stopped or restarted.

Where additional verification is required, Upload Transfers may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that the person requesting the replacement is authorized to modify the order.

Once replacement artwork has been accepted, the newest confirmed artwork may replace the previously submitted version for production.

10. Design Size & Dimensions

Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions before ordering.

The dimensions selected on the website generally refer to the printable or production dimensions calculated by the applicable product builder.

Small manufacturing tolerances may occur.

Customers should not rely solely on how large an image appears on their computer, phone, or tablet screen.

11. Colors & Color Matching

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific written color-matching service has been agreed to separately.

Colors may vary between computer displays, different printers, different production runs, different inks, different films, different vinyls, different garments or substrates, and different printing technologies.

Fluorescent, reflective, metallic, glitter, specialty, transparent, white-ink, gloss, and other specialty materials may appear differently under different lighting conditions.

12. Production Times

Production times shown on UploadTransfers.com are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Same-day production or shipping offers are subject to applicable cutoff times, product eligibility, payment completion, usable artwork, order volume, production capacity, equipment availability, and other conditions.

Where same-day service is offered, qualifying orders placed before the displayed cutoff may be eligible for same-day production or shipment.

Orders requiring artwork corrections, customer responses, file replacement, payment verification, fraud review, special production, or other intervention may be delayed.

A production estimate is not the same as a guaranteed delivery date.

13. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates provided by us and/or the shipping carrier.

Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Upload Transfers’ control.

These may include weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, holidays, natural disasters, customs, service interruptions, theft after delivery, or other carrier-related events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Expedited shipping does not necessarily change the production time of an order unless an applicable production service was also selected.

14. Local Pickup

Orders designated for local pickup must be collected from the location shown on the applicable order or pickup notification.

A pickup-ready estimate does not mean an order is ready until the customer has received confirmation that production has been completed.

Identification or order verification may be required before an order is released.

15. Combining or Grouping Orders

Where Upload Transfers offers an order-grouping or combined-shipping feature, eligibility may be limited by order date, cutoff time, account status, production status, shipping destination, and other system requirements.

The ability to combine orders is not guaranteed.

Orders that have already entered production, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment may no longer qualify for combined shipping.

Any specific eligibility requirements displayed during checkout or on the website form part of these Terms.

16. Cancellations & Order Changes

Custom orders may begin production rapidly.

Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

If production has already started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Upload Transfers may require identity or order verification before accepting certain changes to an existing order.

Any approved refund resulting from a cancellation will be subject to the applicable refund policy and the status of the order.

17. Refunds & Reprints

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

For qualifying print-quality or adherence issues, customers should contact Upload Transfers within 30 days of receiving the order to request review for a refund or reprint.

We may request photographs, videos, returned samples, application information, order information, or other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

Orders affected by a verified production defect may qualify for a reprint or other resolution.

Problems caused by customer-supplied low-quality artwork generally do not qualify for a reprint based solely on that artwork issue.

Refund or reprint requests submitted for other reasons may require management approval.

Additional requirements stated in our posted Refund Policy also apply.

18. Application of Transfers

Customers are responsible for following the recommended application instructions for the transfer or product purchased.

Heat, pressure, time, peel temperature, garment composition, coating, moisture, press calibration, and other factors can affect application.

Upload Transfers is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect application, incompatible materials, improper heat-press settings, customer equipment problems, or failure to follow applicable instructions.

Customers should test unfamiliar garments, substrates, coatings, or materials before completing large production runs.

19. Specialty Products

Specialty products including reflective, fluorescent, glitter, color-changing, metallic, UV, white-ink, gloss, raised, sticker, adhesive, and other specialty products can react differently depending on the material and application environment.

Customers should review applicable product instructions and limitations before purchasing or applying these products.

20. Equipment & Non-Custom Products

Products such as equipment, heat presses, accessories, blanks, supplies, or other non-custom goods may be subject to separate manufacturer warranties, return requirements, restocking charges, installation requirements, or warranty procedures.

Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, warranty service may be provided directly by the manufacturer.

21. AI & Automated Design Tools

Upload Transfers may make artificial-intelligence or automated tools available for functions such as image generation, image editing, background removal, artwork enhancement, color analysis, halftoning, transparent-pixel detection, file preparation, design suggestions, and pre-print analysis.

AI and automated tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or imperfect results.

Customers are responsible for reviewing generated or modified artwork before ordering.

Use of an AI tool does not guarantee that the resulting content is free of third-party intellectual-property rights.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that artwork used in an order may legally be reproduced.

22. Pricing & Website Errors

We attempt to keep product descriptions, prices, discounts, dimensions, availability, shipping estimates, and other website information accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical, technical, system, pricing, promotional, or calculation errors.

If an obvious error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment, correct the order with customer approval, or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order as appropriate.

23. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

Promotional codes and discounts may have expiration dates, apply only to qualifying products, exclude certain categories, require a minimum purchase, be limited to one use, or be unavailable with other promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value.

We reserve the right to cancel promotions that are being abused, manipulated, or used fraudulently.

24. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access to us.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your information reasonably current.

We may suspend or restrict accounts associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, unauthorized system access, or violations of these Terms.

25. Payments & Chargebacks

Customers agree to pay the prices, taxes, shipping charges, and other fees shown at checkout.

If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact Upload Transfers first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or intentionally abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and collection of amounts legitimately owed, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any chargeback or payment-dispute rights that cannot legally be waived.

26. Website Use

You may not use UploadTransfers.com to commit fraud, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, scrape or copy protected website content in violation of applicable law, abuse promotions, manipulate pricing, circumvent security systems, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful content.

We may restrict access where necessary to protect our customers, employees, systems, or business.

27. Upload Transfers Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, UploadTransfers.com and its original website content, software interfaces, branding, graphics, logos, product descriptions, layouts, tools, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Upload Transfers.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.

Customer-uploaded artwork remains subject to the customer’s applicable ownership rights.

28. SMS / Text Message Terms

Upload Transfers may offer SMS and MMS messaging programs for customers who choose to participate.

Messages may include order confirmations, order-status updates, artwork questions, artwork approval requests, replacement-file notifications, production notifications, shipping updates, pickup notifications, account notices, customer-support communications, product announcements, and promotional offers where separately authorized.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile-service plan.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Where an SMS opt-in checkbox is used, it is optional and should be unchecked by default.

By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

29. SMS Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an applicable message.

After a valid STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

After opt-out, no additional messages from the applicable SMS program will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again, except where communications are otherwise legally permitted.

31. SMS Delivery

Wireless carriers do not guarantee delivery of every SMS or MMS message.

Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of carrier networks, mobile-device settings, service interruptions, telephone-number changes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

32. SMS Consent Records

Upload Transfers may maintain records relating to SMS consent, including phone number, consent language presented, date and time of consent, source or form where consent occurred, account or order associated with the consent, and opt-out records.

These records may be maintained for compliance, security, customer-service, and operational purposes.

33. SMS Privacy

Mobile information collected through our SMS program will be used to provide the communications and services requested by the subscriber.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may provide mobile information to vendors and service providers that help us operate our messaging program, including messaging and telecommunications providers, solely as reasonably necessary to provide services on our behalf.

Our SMS service providers may include third-party communications platforms such as ClickSend.

34. Email Communications

Customers may receive transactional emails relating to orders, accounts, payments, artwork, shipping, support, and other services.

Customers who separately subscribe to marketing emails may also receive promotions, product announcements, discounts, reminders, or other marketing communications.

Marketing emails will include an applicable unsubscribe mechanism.

Transactional communications necessary to service an existing order or account may be treated separately from marketing subscriptions as permitted by law.

Use of UploadTransfers.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

36. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payments, shipping, SMS delivery, email delivery, cloud hosting, file processing, analytics, fraud prevention, artificial intelligence, and customer support.

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Use of certain third-party services may also be governed by those providers’ applicable terms and privacy policies.

37. Service Availability

We strive to keep UploadTransfers.com and our production systems available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, hosting interruptions, cyber incidents, equipment failures, third-party outages, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a website feature where reasonably necessary.

38. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Upload Transfers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

This may include lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of customer orders, production downtime, or other indirect losses.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

39. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Upload Transfers and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from third-party claims arising from artwork you submit without sufficient rights, your unlawful use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property or other legal rights.

40. Force Majeure

Upload Transfers will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, hurricanes, floods, fires, natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, carrier interruptions, labor disruptions, supply shortages, government actions, transportation disruptions, equipment failures, or widespread telecommunications failures.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume affected services.

41. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any provision of these Terms that is determined to be unenforceable will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions remain in effect.

42. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our products, website, services, carrier requirements, legal requirements, business practices, or security requirements.

The current version will be posted on UploadTransfers.com with the updated effective date.
